Send the station name, what happened, and the Android device model and Android version you were using. A screenshot of an error is helpful. Please leave out passwords, payment information, and other sensitive details.

Try these small steps before sending a report.
Pull down on the station list to request the current catalog again.
Tap the play control or choose another station if the current track fails.
The live catalog, artwork, and audio are delivered over the network.
After a successful refresh, the app can use its last downloaded station catalog when a later refresh is unavailable.
Lofi uses Android audio playback and lock-screen controls. Check the selected audio output and volume if sound is not coming through.
Tell us the app version, device, Android version, station, and exact error text so we can reproduce the issue without needing personal account data.
